Fax request to Colleen O'Keefe at (703)805-3122 This contract provides for contractor support to satisfy the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, U. S. Army Center for Public Works (USACEPW) requirements in support of Real Property Maintenance Activities (RPMA) worldwide. The contractor will furnish all labor and materials to support the contract effort. On a delivery order basis, the contractor will provide training, management analyses, facility maintenance management consulting, and architectural/engineering support. Also, the contractor will provide operational and systems support to include application of hardware and software systems, and other RPMA related technical support to various governmental organizations at Department of Defense installations/locations worldwide. The contractor may be tasked with the following: (1) training on the use and application of RPMA installed management or engineering systems; (2) training on RPMA related functions and activities; (3) recommendations on tangible improvements that will be cost effective and will insure maximum effectiveness of automated systems and RPMA organizations; (4) DoD/CPW related mission training development; (5) studies related to work measurement/work management to identify and define indentify to measure productivity, organizational efficiency, and cost effectiveness and (6) other related engineering support type services as defined.
