R -- PRE-RELEASE OF THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR THE NASA-WIDE COST PE R COPY REQUIREMENT SOL RFP5-02010 POC Karen M. Smith, Contract Specialist, (301) 286-2384. A draft copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the NASA-wide Cost Per Copy Procurement will be released for industry comment on or around December 15, 1995. Approximately 45 days will be allotted for industry to submit comments to NASA. This procurement is for approximately 2500 electrostatic copiers; supplies; toner; service; maintenance; and training, which will be provided to 14 NASA Installations located throughout the United States. The resulting contract will be a fixed-price performanced-based contract with incentive fee. The draft RFP will contain the contract schedule, the performance work statement, price charts, and Sections K, L, and M, including the experience and past performance questionnaire. This procurement will be a full and open competition. Please submit all requests for the draft RFP to Ms. Karen M.
