The Corps of Engineers has a need for an Indefinite Delivery Contract for maintenance services for project buildings and grounds at Berlin Lake, Berlin Center, Ohio. The work includes janitorial services, mowing, gate attendant, and solid waste removal. The effective period of the contract will be for a base and four (1) year option periods. Specifications will be available on or about 4 January 1996 at no charge. This requirement will be 100% set-aside for small business (SIC 8744) ($3.5M). Requests for plans and specs will not be honored by telephone. Requests must be made in writing. This requirement was previously synopsized as DACW59-95-B-0021. Any party that requested the plans and specifications under that solicitation number will receive the solicitation package for this requirement. No further request is necessary.
