Provide all equipment, labor, materials, supervision, quality control and administration to perform the post-wide grounds maintenance services for the high visibility areas of Fort Jackson during the period: 1 April 1996 thru 31 March 1997 with four (4) one (1) year option periods. The approximate date of release is 8 January 1996. The total area to be mowed is approximately 385 acres, with some areas to be cut weekly, every two weeks, and every three weeks primarily during a twenty seven (27) week mowing season. The applicable SIC is 0782 and the size standard is $5 million. This is a restricted procurement for small business set-aside.
