Presolicitation notice-- The work includes providing all labor, approved material and equipment necessary to REPLACE FRESH WATER PIPING UNDER PIER 160 (R6-91) at the Naval Command, Control and Ocean Surveillance Center, RDTE Division, San Diego, CA. The work also includes demolition and removal of existing fresh water piping, valves, supports and hangers. Provide and install new fresh water piping, valves, supports and hangers under pier 160 and incidental related work, complete and ready for use.-- Estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. -- Firm Fixed Price Contract -- Estimated start date is 20 Feb 1996 with 120 days to complete the work. Note: Plans and specifications will not be mailed to firms within a 25 mile radius of the issuing office.
