The project consists of furnishing manpower, labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary to demolish the existing features and to restore existing restrooms (on Floors 1 -- 14) to provide handicap accessibility. Work includes demolition, plumbing, doors and frames, new fixtures, electrical, and mechanical. Only two floors, adjacent to each other, may be worked on at a time. All work must be completed before moving on to two more floors or work as defined in the plans and specifications at the Processing and Distribution Center, Main Office, and Tower Building, 701 Loyola, New Orleans, LA 70113-9800.
