Eglin AFB base has a requirement to Construct Playground in Mobile Home Park Area, Eglin AFB FL. Bid opening date of 31 Jan 96 is only an estimated date. In general, work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all operations in connection with construction of a playground in the Mobile Home Park area. The work shall include all items incidental to its proper execution and completion, as specified in specifications and sketches. The work shall include, but is not limited to: earthwork, providing, assembling and installing all items of playground equipment and support equipment specified, providing uncompressed sand protective surfacing under and around all playground equipment, removal of all debris, cleaning up playground site, grading as necessary to remove surface irregularities, and seeding of the playground area. Estimated dollar range is between $25,000 and $100,000. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. Firms responding should indicate if they are a small business. Solicitation packages are available at a $20.00 charge. All requests must be submitted in writing.
