Code DACW57) Provide labor and materials to modify the existing
patterns of the #161 and # 167 26''-Y pieces, to increase pipewall
thickness to two inches. Provide labor and materials to cast piece one
(1) each of #161 and two (2) each of #167 26''-Y pieces. Material
shall be a cast steel having the following properties: 90,000 PSI
minimum ultimate tensile; 40,000 PSI minimum yield; 300 BHN minimum
hardness; 20 ft. lb. minimum sharply ''V'' notch; 20% elongation, 35%
reduction in area. The material shall be easily weldible using AWS
E-7018 (or equivalent electrode/wire process) and ''Stoody 110'' as
build up either alone or capped with ''Stoody 100HC'' (or equivalent
other brand electrode). Approximate weight for one piece is 2873 lbs.
