NUWCDK intends to solicit this requirement on a sole source basis to CICOIL, 24960 Tibbitts Ave, Valencia, CA. CICOIL has been authorized by Allied Signal to use Allied Signal proprietary drawings, documentation and procedures for their manufacure. The Government does not have access to these this documentation. The solicitation will be issued on or about 12 December 95. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. No telephone requests for the quote package will be accepted.
