Concerns having the ability for providing a Community Corrections Center facility for male and female Federal offenders. Thoses interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, training opportunities, and treatment, to include furnishing subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospitial, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Toledo, Ohio area. Estimated number of mandays are 12,644 (11,144 male and 1,520 female) for the base period and 6,522 mandays (5,739 male and 783 female) for option year 1, 6,718 mandays (5,912 male and 806 female) for option year 2, and 6,920 mandays (6,090 male and 830 female) for option year 3. Estimated issue date is o/a 01/06/96. Estimated closing date is o/a 03/06/96. Contract base period is two years, with three one-year options to renew. A Firm-Fixed Price Requirements contract is anticipated. All responsible sources that submit a proposal shall be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
