R -- DEVELOP, IMPLEMENT, AND MANAGE MEDIA CAMPAIGN The Virginia Department of Health, Division of Child and Adolescent Health is soliciting proposals to develop, implement, and manage a media campaign as part of a statewide Fatherhood Initiative. The goal of the media campaign is to raise awareness about the importance of fathers. The award will cover an eight month period beginning in February, 1996. The amount of the award is $200,000.00. The project is both federally and state funded.
