Ground school and flight training for initial qualification to train C12J pilots at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska, using a USAF C12J (Beech 1900) aircraft. The performance period is 03 January to 15 February 1996. A total of twelve students (six crews) will attend training in the three two-week classes during this period. Total flight time will be approximately 120 hours depending on student progress. Contractor is responsible for all incidental personal expenses and professional gear associated with the execution of this procurement. Contractor will conduct training using USAF Technical Order 1C-12J, Flight Manual USAF Series C-12J Aircraft; 1C-12CJ-1CL-1, Pilot's Abbreviated Checklist; and C-12J Initial Qualification Course Aircrew Guide. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
