The center bay is concrete enclosed and is hardened for personnel protection by 18 inch reinforced concrete walls and 12 inch reinforced concrete roof. Blast doors are provided at each end of the bay. Concrete pad for the building with asphalt parking area and aggregate surface road, interior/exterior electric, water and septic tank system.
