Work includes but is not limited to, sitework and a new one story building approximately 7,900 SF consisting of activity/recreation areas, offices, restrooms, kitchen and accessory areas. The building work includes steel framing, brick veneer, shingled roof, interior work and finishes, millwork, wood windows, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, communication systems and CCTV. The site work includes fill and grading, driveway and parking area, utilities, playground, chain link fencing, landscaping and irrigation system. No demolition of other structures is required. Invitation for Bid (IFB) is limited and will be furnished to the requestor on a first received, first served basis until supply is exhausted. Telephone requests will not be honored. The issue date will be on or about 19 Dec 1995 with bid opening date 30 days after issuance. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. (338)
