The projected quantity of stands to be procured is 3. The government will provide a Statement of Objectives (SOO), and Apperature Cards. Offerors wishing to qualify must submit a qualification package meeting the parameters set forth in the Qualification Requirement package. Offerors whose qualification packages are approved then will eligible to submit a proposal for the procurement of Empennage stands. The RFP will be for an estimated quantity of 3 Stands. The awardee must submit a First Article, and the Stand must meet Load Test, Deformation Test, Crane Test, Hoist Test, and Mobility Test Procedures. Provisioning efforts and Technical Order requirements will also be part of the the RFP package. The Platform is a self-propelled unit that contains six working levels including a horizontal platform at the upper level. The platform is approx 61'x56'x75'. 3ea. Applicable to: C-5 Aircraft.
