This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Novell, Inc. for maintenance and technical support of Novell NETWARE 3.x, Novell NETWARE 4.x, Novell NETWARE Network File System (NFS), Novell NETWARE Management Agents, Novell LANALYZER, Novell LAN Workplace for DOS and Novell telephone support. The technical support will include software upgrades and technical assistance for an already installed base of users of Novell software products. All responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. Any such solicitation will be issued to Novell, Inc. and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of the solicitation.
