McAllister (301) 619-7360 (Site Code DAMD17) Proposals are solicited from sources having the capability and technological expertise to perform scale-up manufacturing of a perfluorinated TSP in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). The resultant contractor shall develop the Chemistry, Manufacturing and Controls (CMC) data for a Government specified formulation and materials, and prepare a complete CMC section to support the Government's filing of a New Drug Application. The resultant contractor must have the capability to produce TSP in quantities which will meet projected Government needs. The Government anticipates that the resultant contract will contain one low-rate initial production option. The contract will not exceed five years. RFP DAMD17-96-R-0008 will be released approximately 1 January 1996. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be approximately 45 days after the RFP is released.
