SOL DECA01-96-R-0005 DUE 011996 POC Contract Specialist Missy Rios (804) 734-8607 (Site Code DECA01) Furnish all personnel, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and all other items/services necessary to install, maintain, repair and provide a complete in-store radio network system for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) commissaries located throughout the continental United States and the European and Pacific Regions in accordance with the Government's performance work statement (PWS). System will transmit music, announcements and other data by satellite broadcasting directly into each individual commissary. Contractor must be able to provide these services at various geographical locations. A listing of the Defense Commissary Agency commissaries/zones will be provided upon receipt of written request. The base period is 1 March 1996 through 28 February 1997 and includes one (1) option year. This is a new requirement, no previous contractor performance information is available. This solicitation will be issued on or about December 19, 1995 with a tentative closing date of January 19, 1996.
