H -- INSPECTION SERVICES, BALTIMORE, MD SOL GS-03P-96-DWC-0010 DUE 020696 POC Contact,Lisa Cimino,215/656-6145 Provide all management, labor, materials, and equipment to perform inspection services for mechanical equipment and systems at five (5) federal buildings in Baltimore, MD. The base period is four (4) months starting on July 15, 1996. There are eight (8) Options of four months each and four (4) Options of six months each. The total performance period for the base and all Options is five (5) years. This is an inspection services contract only. The contractor will not be responsible for performing any repairs or preventive maintenance. To be eligible for award, the contractor must be solely involved in mechanical system inspections and cannot be involved in the performance of mechanical maintenance services or mechanical repairs under any other contract(s) with a corporation, government agency, or any other entity. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses. This is a negotiated procurement, Source Selection - Greatest Value Method, and the evaluation factors will be identified in the solicitation. Solicitation No. GS-03P-96-DWC-0004, advertised on October 23, 1995, is hereby cancelled. However, those firms that submitted a letter to receive a copy of Solicitation Number GS-03P-96-DWC-0004 will automatically be included on the bidders list for Solicitation Number GS-03P-96-DWC-0010 (there is no need to send another request).
