The Directorate of Contracting, Fort Huachuca, Arizona intends to award a sole-source follow-on contract to the Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) for a graphical Reconnaissance & Surveillance/Target Acquisition (RSTA) execution tracking tool and Named Area of Interest (NAI) enhancements for the Intelligence Electronic Warfare Synchronization Matrix (IEWSM). The IEWSM software must be delivered by mid-February 1996 to the Government for integration with the All Source Analysis System Block II Baseline. Subsequent to software development, the contractor will be required to integrate, train, and provide operations support during the Force XXI Army Technology Demonstration in June 1996 at Fort Hood, Texas. The IEWSM is written in Application Interface Engine (AIE) prototyping language. Since the IEWSM was developed as a rapid prototyping effort, code documentation is not up to Government standards. Interested offeror's shall provide technical data sufficient enough to enable the Government to determine their capabilities.
