The contractor will be required to provide instructional services using Government furnished materials and methodologies to produce a graduate who satisfies mission objectives. The purpose of this synopsis is to identify potential sources to perform such services. The Navy anticipates a requirement for Instructor Services commencing in FY97 at the following locations: Naval Technical Training Center, Corry Station; Fleet Training Center, San Diego; Naval Air Technical Training Center, Memphis/Pensacola; Anti Submarine Warfare Pacific, San Diego; and NAMTRAGRU, Millington Detachments located throughout the continental United States. Potential sources should indicate their interest in writing within 15 days of this synopsis to the address in paragraph 7, Attention Scott Cobb, Code 0221E. When responding, please indicate your company's size in relation to the applicable SIC Code, your 8a status, your interest as either a prime or subcontractor, and your capabilities and experience in providing instructional services.
