Provide instructional services for Masters Degree program in International Studies or a related field. Services to be from an accredited educational institution for Masters Degree Program in psychological operations and civil affairs to be completed in a 12 month period at USAJFKSWCS, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. For the period 1 Jul 96 through 30 Jun 97 with two(2) One(1) Options. Graduate students will meet the academic standards of the educational institution for entrance into the graduate program. Request for Proposal will require the submission accreditation information and a plan for development and implementation of program leading to a Masters Degree using portions of the Army's Regional Studies Course and Civil affairs and Psychological Operations Officer's Course.
