Furnish all plant, labor, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to construct Composite Fire Station, including demolition of existing Bldgs. 1014, 1015 and 1021. Composite Fire Station consists of seven apparatus bays, extinguisher maintenance room, locker rooms, kitchen and dining area, classroom and administrative areas, bunk rooms, physical fitness area and alarm room. Project includes but is not limited to: (1) General site work, (2) Concrete foundation with reinforced floor slab, (3) Structural steel frame with masonry walls, (4) Built-up and standing seam metal sloped roof, (5) Personnel and overhead doors, (6) Mechanical work, (7) Electrical work, (8) Kitchen equipment and (9) Fire detection system. All work must be completed within 540 calendar days after date of receipt of Notice to Proceed. The proposed project is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All General Contractors interested in bidding this project, must request in writing, an IFB package from; USPFO for Oklahoma, Attn: SSG Porter, 3535 Military Circle, Oklahoma City, OK 73111-4398. No phone request will be taken. There will be a $75.00 non-refundable charge for each solicitation package. Check or Money Order made payable to AFO OKANG WRANGB must accompany request.
