Furnish all plant, labor, tools, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary to construct Aerial Port Training Facility, including demolition of existing Bldgs. 1017 & 1023. Aerial Port Training Facility consists of administrative space on first and second floors, parachute drying tower and warehouse space with 20' clear height. Project includes but is not limited to: (1) General site work, (2) Concrete foundation with reinforced floor slab, (3) Structural steel frame with masonry walls, (4) Built-up roof, (5) Personnel and overhead doors, (6) Mechanical work, (7) Electrical work, (8) Personnel elevator and (9) Fire detection system. All work must be completed within 540 calendar days after date of Notice to Proceed. The proposed project is 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
