SYNOPSIS - This work includes the provisions of necessary labor, transportation, materials, supplies, equipment and supervision for the replacement of sanitary sewers, floor drains, and vent piping for the T-4 and T-5 restroom facilities. Each restroom facility is approximately 320 square feet and contains a men's and women's restroom. The work shall include, but not limited to, the replacement of 52 water closet support brackets and carrier fittings, sanitary sewer piping for 52 water closets and 14 urinals, 15 floor drains and floor drain piping, vent piping, roof vent piping, and sealing of vent piping penetrations. New piping shall be cast iron or copper; no PVC piping shall be permitted. Floor drains and floor drain piping shall only be replaced during evenings or weekends at the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC), Aircraft Division, Indianapolis, Indiana. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1711. The related Small Business size standard is 7.0 million. Completion time is 90 days after award. Estimated value is between $25,000 and $100,000.00. The proposed contract listed here is Unrestricted.
