Smithson, Contracting Officer or Margaret Sullivan, Procurement Technician at 912-267-2449 CORRECTION TO SOLICITATION NOTICE: Solicitation No. FTC 96-10, Reroof Barrel Type Roof at Building 210 (Originally advertised on 9/11/95 and again on 11/30/95) is corrected as follows: The requirement is to reroof the Barrel type roof on Building 210 at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center. Project requires removing existing built-up roofing, flashing and other built-in items, and water-damaged insulation and decking. Roof is to be replaced with a single-ply, 45 mil CSPE membrane over sound decking, covered with mechanically attached insulation board, replacing flashing and other built-in items. Asbestos abatement is required for existing roof. MAGNITUDE of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000 and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. There is a non-refundable charge of $25.00 for this package. Checks or money orders should be made payable to ''Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.''
