Aluminum plate and sheet shall meet the requirements of ASTM B209-90, Alloy 5086, Temper H32. Aluminum rod shall meet the requirements of ASTM B221-85, Alloy 5086, Temper H111. Welding procedures and quality shall meet the requirements of AWS D1.2-90. First Article Testing and Inspection may be required. Radar reflectors shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the USCG Supply Center, Columbia, MD 21046-2102. Resulting contract is to be a requirements type contract with a base year and four (4) option years. Delivery of first article test units, if required, is to be made within ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of a delivery order. Production units shall be required within sixty (60) calendar days after receipt of a delivery order and successful completion of first article testing.
