The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a requirement for an Indefinite Quantity contract for the acquisition of body recorders, microphones, and accessories. The FBI intends to issue an ''All or None'', ''Brand Name or Equal'' solicitation for body recording kits that at the minimum should include, but are not limited to the following items: 1. Body Recorder (size shall be 4 7/8 x 3 1/16 x 1 inch or less), 2. Pouch for protection of recorder, 3. Miniature stereo headphone with subminiature 1/8th inch connector, 4. Stereo electret microphones (3' and 6' each pair) with subminiature right-angle 1/8th inch connector, 5. Elastic belly band with recorder pouch, 6. Dubbing cable (subminiature stereo plug to left and right phone plugs, 3 feet), 7. Remote cable with noiseless switch (3 feet), 8. four (4) batteries, 9. four (4) leaderless cassette tapes, 10. overt cover, and 11. detailed instructions.
