Williams, Contracting Officer, Phone (210) 652-5117 12 CONS/LGCX, RANDOLPH AFB TX 78150-4525, proposes to solicit depot maintenance of Government-Owned VideoShow Equipment located at Columbus AFB MS, Reese AFB TX, Vance AFB OK, Laughlin AFB TX, Sheppard AFB TX, USAF Academy CO and Randolph AFB TX (12 OSS/619 TRSS), for a basic performance period and four (4) option years. Prospective contractors will need to provide depot maintenance on the following systems: (1) VideoShow HQ, General Parametric P/N #400670 (37 Ea); (2) VideoShow Vuport, General Parametric P/N #VP-100A (37 Ea); (3) VideoShow Hq Presenter, General Parametric P/N #4000663A (37); (4) VCR, Panasonic P/N#AG1970 P SVHS (38 Ea); (5) Powered Speakers, Anchor P/N #AN-100 (55); (6) HR Triniton Monitor, Sony P/N #PVM-1351Q (8); and (7) LCD Projector, Sanyo P/N #PLC-220N (30 Ea). Government will contact contractor when system malfunctions. Depot maintenance shall include labor, parts, transportation of equipment to and from the designated point for maintenance, loaner equipment to be shipped overnight if necessary. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will be solicited on an unrestrictive basis. The applicable standard industrial classification (SIC) number is 7378. All responsible sources requesting a solicitation shall be made in writing or by Facsimile (210) 652-4673 within 30 days of publication of this notice. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Response must state that the contractor is not on the Parties Excluded from Procurement Programs, as well as their business size.
