This notice hereby amends the Supplemental Package for the industry Advanced Rocket Propulsion Plans (ARRP's) requested under the Government Request for Information (RFI) published in the 18 Oct 95 Commerce Business Daily (CBD). This notice also extends the due date for submittal of the ARRP's. The Supplemental Package is changed as follows: Page 5, para. 3.2.1.b, change from: ''Technical Challenges'' to read: ''Technical Challenges and Approaches''. Page 8, under, Tactical Propulsion, Density Isp, change from: ''14.7/14.7/16.2'' to read: ''14.3/14.7/16.2'' for both Tactical Motor and Tactical Motor with Thrust Mgt. Page 12, change Tactical Propulsion Technical Demo Goals from: PHASE I - +2% Mass Fraction Motor, PHASE II - +5% Mass Fraction Motor, PHASE III - +10% Mass Fraction Motor, to read: PHASE I - +2% Mass Fraction Motor with TMC/TVC, +10% Mass Fraction Motor without TMC/TVC, PHASE II - +5% Mass Fraction Motor with TMC/TVC, +20% Mass Fraction Motor without TMC/TVC, PHASE III - +10% Mass Fraction Motor with TMC/TVC, +30% Mass Fraction Motor without TMC/TVC. All information contained in this synopsis and a copy of the revised Supplemental Pages, dated 05 Dec 95, with the above changes is available on the OASIS Bulletin Board and can be accessed by calling (805) 277-4519. The due date is hereby revised to COB 02 Jan 96 for those companies requiring additional time due to this amendment.
