The Naval Research Laboratory has a requirement for research, development, engineering and analysis support in the technical and management areas. Types of tasks include but are not limited to engineering and design studies, engineering evaluation of proposed sensors, test and evaluation support including preparation of test plans, test planning, witnessing tests, data reduction, data evaluation/presentation, and reporting results, developing, maintaining, updating reports, specifications, drawings and program support documents. Period of Performance will be one (1) year with four (4) one-year options. Extensive knowledge of the national space systems, the Environmental Task Force, the Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program, Space Test Program and the National Polar Orbiting Environmental Satellite System is required. The work is primarily expected to be performed on-site at NRL. The work will be at various classification levels including SCI. Personnel clearances will be required prior to award.
