EPA anticipates one award of a level-of-effort type contract in lieu of two awards as previously synopsized. Total labor hours anticipated are 250,000. It is further anticipated that there will be a base period and four option periods, each with a basic requirement of 40,000 labor hours and 10,000 optional labor hours.
