Proposed procurement to furnish sampling and testing services, for Hazardous and Toxic Waste (HTW) Monitoring. The project sites will be located primarily in the states of North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Maryland, Virginia, and Florida. There may be some work required in Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. It is the Government's intent to award two indefinite delivery type contracts as a result of this solicitation. The contract period will be for one year, with four additional one year options. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5.0 million.
