The U.S. Department of Labor has a requirement supportive of the Employment and Training Administration, Job Corps Data Center, in San Marcos, Texas. The requirement includes facilities management, payroll operation, software development and maintenance, telecommunications, and ADP training services. All support services are to be provided on-site. The Contractor shall operate the Student Pay, Allotment, and Management Information System (SPAMIS).
