Minimum qualifications for the testing laboratory are as follows: a. Principals of the testing laboratory must be registered professional engineers with a no less than five years experience in the type of testing required under this contract. b. Each person in charge of the laboratory testing, field testing, and inspection must have not less than one year full time experience in the duties performed under this contract. Period of performance of the contract will coincide with the estimated time of performance of the construction period (620 calendar days). Procurement is unrestricted.
