Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Services for the Taiwan Air Force (TAF) Tactical Aircrew Combat Training System (TACTS). O&M services include system operations, complete system equipment maintenance, supply support, software maintenance and programming services, configuration management services and technical library maintenance services. The contract services are required to be performed in Taiwan at or near the TAF TACTS Range Center Complex located at Chih Hong Air Base (AB) and at various Tracking Instrumentation Subsystems (TIS) and Microwave Data Link (MDL) sites. The TIS Master Site is located approximately 30 miles southwest of Chih Hong AB. The anticipated contract will be a Cost Plus Fixed Fee and will consist of a base year and four (4) one year options. A pre-proposal site visit in Taiwan will be set forth in the solicitation and is anticipated to occur the middle of January 1996. Secret security clearances are required for the site visit and for performance of this contract.
