U -- MDS-PROGRAMMER PACKAGE TRAINING COURSE SOL DACA87-96-R-0017 DUE 022296 POC Contract Specialist Laura Wilbourn (205) 895-1171 (Site Code DACA87) Offeror shall provide (other than those provided by the Government) all services, personnel, materials, audio visual aids, training aids, and travel and lodging necessary to revise, administer and instruct this course of instruction. This course introduces the overall operation and use of the Modular Design System and the application of the system to complete programming level functional layouts and associated programming cost estimate for the Army Reserve Center, armories, or vehicle maintenance shops. The contractor shall provide two full time instructors. Course date is 15-19 July 1996 with the possibility of one optional session for FY96. The technical evaluation criteria will be set forth in the solicitation scheduled to be issued on or about 22 January 1996. Copies of the solicitation shall be obtained by written request without cost. One set of course materials may be obtained from this office at a cost of $50.00 (non-refundable). Payment will be made by certified check, cashier's check, or money order payable to: Finance and Accounting Officer, USAEDH. Telephonic requests will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
