Grant broadcast, transfer and satellite rights to television program materials originating from Cable News Network (CNN); CNN Headline News and those television programs which are wholly owned by Turner Program Services (TPS) which may from time-to-time be cleared for use by and upon request from the U.S. Government. Material is to be offlined through direct satellite feed or furnished on videotape. Services are to be provided for the period 1 February 1996 through 31 January 1999. The contract is to be solicited on a sole source basis with Turner International who holds the International Distribution Rights of the programs to be acquired.
