This is NOT a presolicitation notice pursuant to FAR Par 5, but a Sources Sought Synopisis to identify sources for a Aircraft Leading edge. This term is approximately 5 ft long x 10 inches thick x 1 ft wide. It is made of honeycomb core and its aeronautical design helps is reducing airflow friction. This survey is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute an Invitation for Bid or Request for Proposal and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The extent of allowable foreign participation has not been determined. The Government reserves the right to limit such participation subsequently. Potential sources interested in participating in this survey must do so by providing a written response and the following: Company Name, Complete Mailing Address, Phone/Fax Numbers, Cage Code, Point of Contact, Phone Number, Size of Business, Statement of Domestic of Foreign Ownership, and a copy of your DD Form 2345 - Military Critical Technical Data Agreement (if available). Interested sources must also provide documentation showing capabilities and experience (brochures, literature, tooling lists, quality programs, warranty programs, etc.) Failure to provide requested information may result in your company not being place on the initial source list when/if a request generates. Large and small businesses are encouraged to participate. All responses must be in writing and received no later than thirty (30) days from the date of this publication.
