Harvey (205) 235-7558 (Site Code DAAC01) Contractor shall furnish and install a nitrogen and methanol system. The system is to be installed at Anniston Army Depot, Building 108. The system shall include as a minimum the liquid nitrogen storage tank, a vaporizer, a methanol storage tank system using nitrogen as a pumping source, and all piping, valving, regulators, etc., to make a complete system. The nitrogen tank shall have a minimum storage capacity of 3,000 gallons and the methanol tank shall have a minimum storage capacity of 1,000 gallons and is to be pressurized by the nitrogen and pumped by the nitrogen. The tank shall comform to ASME's Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code when applicable. The nitrogen tank shall be of double wall construction and the methanol tank shall be designed and suitable for their application of which both shall conform to OSHA Regulations. Completion time to be within 90 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
