The following requirement to be negotiated on a sole source basis with Becton-Dickinson Immunocytometry Systems: Lease of one (1) Facscan flow cytometer with Consort 32 workstation and Lysis II software operating system, calbrite beads and autocomp software for daily calibration, 18 reagent vials per month (50 tests per vial) includes 3 vials each of the following: Simultest controls (IgG1/IgG2), Simultest CD45/CD14 (Leukogate), simultest CD3/CD19, Simultest CD3/CD4, Simultest CD3/CD8 and Simultest CD3/CD16+CD56. Reagents provide a minimum of 900 tests/150 panels per month. Softwares provided are Simulset software, Paint-A-Gate software, and RETIC software. two (2) scheduled preventative maintenance visits per year and unlimited emergency service calls, parts, travel, labor, and operator training for six (6) months.
