Subject to final approval, the Bureau of the Public Debt intends to acquire, on a sole-source basis through Information Mapping, Inc., the following services: Two (2) thirty-two hour training courses, ''Developing Procedures, Policies and Documentation,'' to teach skills related to Information Mapping's copyrighted methods. Information Mapping course materials are required for these classes and the instructor must be certifed by Information Mapping. All affirmative responses must be in writing, must be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show ability to comply with all the above requirements, and must be received within 5 calendar days of this notice. If no affirmative written response is received, within 5 calendar days after publication of this notice, to the effect that a comparable service is available, and that it is more advantageous to the Government than obtaining this service through the proposed contractor, a sole-source award will be made.
