We are seeking sources capable of providing all functions required in receiving, asset accountablity, tracking by document number/serial number, depacking, packaging, handling, crating, storage and shipping items. Sources must have an environmentally controlled/enclosed area (approximately 8,000 to 10,000 square feet) adequate for receiving, depacking, crating and storing material. Facility must be located within a 40 mile radius of Robins AFB and must contain a loading/unloading ramp capable of handling semitrucks. Respondents to this notice will be sent a DRAFT Statement of Objective (SOO). U.S. Contractors must provide approved DD Form 2345 with their request. Contractors may obtain a DD Form 2345 Certification by contacting Defense Logisitics Service Center, at 1-800-352-3572. The extent of allowable foreign participation has not been determined. The Government reserves the right to limit such participation subsequently.
