Scope of work consists of but is not strictly limited to, providing all labor, material, equipment and supervision as necessary to replace five existing HVAC rooftop units with five new energy efficient HVAC rooftop units at the Social Security Administration Building, 612 N. Church St., Rockford, IL. Work will include reworking the ductwork, diffuser and grille locations as well as upgrading the existing energy management system control panel. Specifications will be available on or about December 20, 1995. Sealed Bids will be publicly opened on January 30, 1996 at 2:00 P.M.
