Note that a second Pre-Bid Walk-Through has been scheduled for Tuesday, December 19, 1995, at 2:00 p.m. (local) at the Center. Bid-Opening has been rescheduled for Thursday, January 11, 1996, at 2:00 p.m. (local) at the A/E's office.
