USCG Aircraft Repair & Supply Center intends to issue a purchase order
to General Electric Company, Lynn, MA, the OEM, for development of a
repair procedure for the Deswirl duct used with the GE-T700-401C
engines on the Sikorsky HH60J helicopters. That part is currently
considered consumable. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it supply
drawings or specifications for this item. Offerors who consider
themselves capable of filling this requirement must provide written
response no later than 1500 local time, 28 December 1995. For Minority,
Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of
Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business
Utilization (OSDBU), has a program to assist minority, women-owned and
disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire short-term working
capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are
available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime
interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum
