The government intends to procure the following service sole source from contractor Environmental Research Institute of Michigan (ERIM). The goal of this procurement is to provide on-going software support for the Edwards Stores Separation Analysis System (ESSAS) which was developed by ERIM. This support will include phone support and on-site support as necessary in the event of system malfunction. In addition, incremental enhancements will be developed and installed. These enhancements will include software modifications and/or hardware enhancements. The procedure to be used in awarding this contract is Simplified Acquistion Procedures.
