Boltz, Contracting Officer, (717)861-8798 (Site Code DAHA36) Provide and deliver subsistence and related items to approximately 40 Pennsylvania Army National Guard unit locations in Western Pennsylvania, west of PA State Route 219. Potential exists for the addition of additional locations from this or other Department of Defense activities. Contract type will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment indefinite-delivery requirements contract. Contract period will be 1 Apr 96 through 31 Mar 97 and will include options for four additional 12-month periods. Deliveries will generally be required to each location one time per month on the Thursday before an Inactive Duty Training weekend. All subsistence items delivered will meet health/sanitation standards required by USDA and the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Quantities will be specified on monthly delivery orders, but will generally be for two or more meals to feed a Company-sized unit at each location. The solicitation will include menus with detailed materials lists. Estimated solicitation availability date is 19 Jan 96.
