Following are the estimated base year requirements: NSN 1615-01-158-9679, P/N 70150-29100-041, Main Rotor Blade, quantity 50 each; and NSN 1615-01-158-9678, P/N 70101-31000-046, Tail Rotor Blade, quantity 40 each. Anticipate award of a contract with a base period of one year, with options to renew on an annual basis not to exceed five (05) years. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it supply drawings or specifications for these items. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Offerors must be OEM or DOD certified for rework of the above equipment to be considered responsible. The solicitation will be issued on or about 29 December 1995.
