J -- MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE OF RIGAKU GENERATOR/HEAT EXCHANGER SOL N00014-96-Q-CR02 POC Alan W. The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has a requirement for maintenance and service effort on the following equipment: (a) 4148H2 12Kw Rigaku RU200 Rotating Anode X-Ray Generator System (1 each) and (b) VHRW400-F2 Haskris Heat Exchanger (1 each). The services are to be performed at the NRL for routine scheduled and emergency unscheduled maintenance for twelve (12) months with four (4) one year options. The entire system must be serviced by a single vendor. The prospective contractor must have experience in the service and maintenance of Rigatu and Haskris equipment. Preventive maintenance shall be performed twice a year. The government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price contract. The procedure for contract award is anticipated to be written quotations. The anticipated award date is 1 March 1996. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered.
